Our workshops take place over a series of 5 to 8 sessions. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme and welcomes between 8 and 12 participants. These workshops allow for in-depth exploration of various topics, guided by both theoretical and practical knowledge.
They are also a great opportunity to share insightful experiences.

Who Are the Yoga Workshops For?
Our workshops are for those who want to take an active role in their health with full awareness, an a special focus on harmony between body, mind, and soul. Our offerings include a specific focus on women’s well-being and children’s healthy growth, though some topics—such as breath—are universal.
