Throughout this workshop, you will explore meditation through two complementary and interconnected approaches:

Practical Approach

Meditation is introduced with a short practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathwork), adapted to individual needs.

Philosophical Approach

The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali serve as a foundation to understand the philosophical depth of meditation. We might also talk about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a modern practice inspired by Tibetan Buddhist meditation.
