A Three-Step Approach

 

The osteo-yoga process takes place over a minimum of three sessions to ensure a comprehensive and effective treatment:

1st Session: Osteopathy

2nd Session: Osteopathic Follow-Up & Introduction to Yoga

The second session extends the osteopathic treatment while beginning to develop a personalized yoga practice based on the identified needs. This session introduces the patient to targeted postures and movements designed to strengthen weak areas and support overall well-being.

3rd Session: Personalized Yoga Practice Development

In the final session, the yoga sequence is fully refined. We adjust asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises), and/or dhyana (meditation) according to your needs. The goal is to equip you with a self-sufficient practice that you can integrate into your daily life.
